Pam Gould
Shepherd's Hope, President / CEO

Pam Gould’s purpose is to serve, whether leading an organization like Shepherd’s Hope that provides those most in need access to healthcare, or as an elected School Board Member for Orange County Public Schools. She has dedicated more than 30 years to focusing on providing a higher quality of life for the young, the homeless, those suffering with mental illness as well as the more mature among us. After arriving from the professional theatre scene of New York City, Pam changed industries and went to work for Orlando Regional Healthcare System. She has led various divisions and guided organizations over the years. This service includes executive leadership roles at Orlando Regional, Health Central, Health Central Foundation, Island One Resorts, DL Foundation, and from 2010 to 2019, owning her own business that supported great entities like the Town of Oakland Arts and Heritage Center, the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, and Dave’s House. Pam’s passion for healthcare and education collided in 2000 when she was responsible for executive management and funding for the Health Central School Nurse Program. She knew it would take creative collaborations to provide healthcare for uninsured children. Today, she brings this curated experience to her work at Shepherd’s Hope. Her goal is to create bridges and engineer collaborations that provide the many people in our community the access to life-saving healthcare and a path to wellness that they need to be successful. A native of Pittsfield, MA, Pam married John Gould, her high-school sweetheart, and, after college, moved to New York City, where she worked on- and off-Broadway. Pam had the pleasure of learning from the best -- the Prince of Broadway, the recently passed Hal Prince. Her fondest memories include being part of the Hal’s office as Phantom of the Opera was being created and opened. Her NYC experience includes being a Managing Director of an off-Broadway theatre company handling everything from finances to marketing. After years in New York, the couple sought a sunny quality of life in Orlando, Florida. Most importantly, Pam and her husband started their family. They have two sons, Gregory and Mathew.
